Anaerobic Tank with Double-membrane Gas Holder

Bottom membrane: Mainly used for basic sealing, it can achieve functions such as anti-corrosion and anti-leakage, and can also simplify installation and extend the service life. It exists in independent floor-standing gas holders, but there is no bottom membrane in integrated gas holders.

Inner membrane: Used to isolate biogas and pressure-regulating gas. It is designed and manufactured into a spherical cross-section, which is connected to the bottom membrane or the mouth of the fermentation tank to form an independent airtight space for storing various applicable gases.

Outer membrane: Enables the gas applicable to the inner membrane to be output at a constant pressure and protects the inner membrane. The cross-section of the outer membrane is connected to the edges of the inner membrane, the bottom membrane, or the mouth of the fermentation tank, and together with the inner membrane and the bottom membrane, forms an airtight gas storage space.

Constant pressure control cabinet: Used to control the pressure inside the gas holder, ensuring that the gas pressure in the inner membrane is always maintained within a constant range.

Safety protector: Including overpressure relief devices, low-pressure alarm devices, combustible gas leakage detection and alarm devices, etc., it can prevent safety issues such as overpressure, low pressure, and leakage of the gas holder.
