Enameled steel plate: It is the main component of the enamel assembled tank. Titanium alloy special steel plates are used, with a thickness ranging from 3-20mm, and the commonly used thickness is 3-8mm. The steel plate undergoes pre-treatment processes such as pickling, alkali washing, and sandblasting to remove impurities like oil stains, rust, and oxide scale on the surface. Then, it undergoes secondary enameling at a high temperature of 820°-930° in an electric furnace, with an enamel coating of 0.25-0.45mm applied on both the inner and outer surfaces of the steel plate, resulting in a strong bonding force between the enamel layer and the steel plate.

Self-locking bolt: It is used to connect enameled steel plates. The water-facing head is wrapped with plastic, which has extremely strong corrosion resistance. The root of the bolt is equipped with a four-tenon device, featuring a self-locking function, and can be tightened with water when the tank is undergoing a water test.

Sealant: Special sealing materials such as silicone rubber are usually used, which are inlaid between the overlapping parts of two plates. After curing, silicone rubber becomes rubber, which has the characteristics of high elasticity, high temperature resistance, and strong weather resistance, and can effectively prevent liquid leakage.

Other accessories: They also include tank stirrups, ladders, guardrails, manholes, flanges, etc., to meet the structural stability and functional requirements of the tank.
