IC Anaerobic Reactor

The characteristic of the IC (Internal Circulation) reactor is that it has a large ratio of height to diameter, with a height of about 20 meters. It is composed of the first anaerobic reaction chamber and the second anaerobic reaction chamber stacked together. The first chamber has a great capacity for removing organic substances. The wastewater entering the second chamber continues to be treated to remove the remaining organic substances in the wastewater and improve the quality of the effluent.

Technical features: High volumetric loading, low capital construction investment, low operation cost, small floor area, strong impact load resistance, buffering of pH value, stable effluent quality, short start-up period, strong resistance to low temperature, and granulation of sludge.

Scope of application: Wastewater from corn starch production, wastewater from citric acid production, brewery wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, alcohol wastewater, etc.
