Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) Fermentation Tank

The Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor system is abbreviated as CSTR. Organic pollutants are purified with the help of the anaerobic activated sludge in the digester. Livestock and poultry manure wastewater is fed into the anaerobic tank from the bottom or top of the tank. After being mixed and coming into contact with the original anaerobic activated sludge in the tank by the stirring device, through the adsorption, absorption and biodegradation of anaerobic microorganisms, the organic substances in the wastewater are converted into biogas.

Technical features: Uniform materials, moderate temperature, no crust formation, no blockage, and no channeling phenomenon.

Scope of application: Livestock and poultry manure, slaughterhouse sewage, distiller's grains and tank liquid, kitchen waste, sludge reduction, etc.
