The wastewater enters the UASB tank from the bottom and passes through the sludge zone from bottom to top. The sludge comes into contact with the sewage, and an anaerobic reaction occurs, generating biogas. Then, the biogas rises to the three-phase separator at the top to achieve the separation of gas, solid, and liquid. The UASB can decompose more than 80% of the organic pollutants and complete the anaerobic reaction.
